My roommate has just decided to move out. So I have to find a roomy by Jan 1st.
You will have your own medium size room, we would share a small bathroom with tub, average size living room, and a wonderfully large kitchen. Rent is $650 per month plus utilities. Utilities is Comcast Cable and Internet and PG&E Electricity and Gas. They come out to about $50 - $60 per month. Deposit is $650 and is refundable based on a walk through of the room and a 30-Day notice given before move out. The lease is month to month. I will include utilities if you would like to sign a 9 month lease.
About Me:
I am a 23 year old female with 2 cats. Roland and Angie are the cutest cats ever (I'm bias) and sleep with me at night. The kitty box is in my room, they eat in my room and stay in my room about 80% of the time. I work full time+ for JDV Hotels. Front Desk at a Hotel gives awesome perks. I bring home cookies and food for all. Sometimes presents, such as a beanie out of next years fall season for Columbia Sportwear. Awesome!! I go to SFSU half time and take online classes and evening classes when I am not working. I am a complete Workaholic, so if you think I look tired, that's completely the truth, I work way too much sometimes. I like to read novel series. I am learning Spanish so you might hear me taking lessons and laugh at me ( I would laugh at me too).
What I am Looking For:
A quite, clean roomy. Very Important: No parties, No heavy drinking, No smoking!!!
