Hello. My name is Cassandra and I have a 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath TWO STORY, townhouse right in downtown Willow Glen at Lincoln and Willow.
The apartment is a nice clean environment with double pained windows that block out noise. Its very quiet, and close to restaraunts, bars, shops, coffee, and only a 5 minute drive from downtown San Jose. There is a backyard/patio with a large tree and plenty of room to have a bbq, hang out with a beer, etc. There is plenty of space indeed, and I think you would be pleased when if you come to view it, as most of my friends, family, and aquaintances are. Has a pool 20ft from the door, laundry is 3 doors down and there is one covered parking spot FOR YOU. The size of the apartment just to give you an idea of this killer spot, is 1000 sq. ft. The full bath is upstairs and it is shared between both rooms. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. Roof was just redone as well as painting of the apts. Management is calm, collected and helpfull.
About me: I am 23 years old, work full time in Palo Alto, and have a chihuahua daushaund named Baby. She is very sweet, just timid at first. I am into music, movies, and reading and will be going back to School in the spring. Typically I work from 9-6, and usually come home and hang out before the next day of work. On the weekends I usually visit friends and family, or travel. I am not much for throwing parties, or bar hopping on the week days... I am pretty low key and down to earth person.
About you: I am looking for a male or female professional, who is respecfull and tidy and would like to share responsibility of keeping the place warm and welcoming! :0) I would like to meet someone who is open and friendly, and wouldn't mind having a chat now and again, or a good laugh. Animal lovers with awesome humor is a plus!
